Automatic bottling machine for filling and sealing with mushroom cap and metal wire cage. The isobaric type filling enables working with carbonated drinks, beer, cider, sparkling wines at low temperature or ambient temperature.
The filling cycle is divided into the following phases:
Bottle sealing: the bottle is placed in direct contact with the filling valve
Suction of air from the bottle (evacuation)
Pressurising the bottle with gas injections (Flushing CO2)
Product filling
Bottle depressurisation (Snifting)
Corker
Wire-hooder
