For the past few months, our range has been strengthened by the design of a new degorgement monobloc: a compact solution that allows the main operations of sparkling wine making according to the classic method, also known as the Champenois method, to be carried out in full autonomy.
A first stage of disgorgement allows the bottles to be uncorked in such a way that the deposit formed escapes, after which Liqueur d'Expedition is added to the bottles using specific dosing nozzles that allow extremely precise and equal dosing for all bottles. The operation is completed by topping up and leveling the bottles, which are then closed with the mushroom cap and cage. A final station allows the bottles to be shaken to correctly homogenise the added liqueur.
This compact and functional monoblock also makes it possible to considerably reduce production time.
